Ashtanga Yoga
I teach Ashtanga Yoga Innovation (AYI) by Dr. Ronald Steiner. A system that makes the traditional series accessible for everyone.
At the moment classes take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Katterbach Fitness Center and are only available for members of the USAG Ansbach community.
Personal Training
I offer personal classes according to the demands of my students. Everything is possible from trauma-sensitive to traditional Ashtanga Yoga.
